winmy9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Deposits made via third-party payment methods not registered in the Player's own name will be rejected, and the funds returned minus any applicable processing fees. winmy9 does not accept deposits from credit cards where prohibited by applicable payment network rules.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, and only to accounts registered in the Player's own verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal business hours (GMT+8). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
winmy9 reserves the right to delay or suspend the processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or an anti-fraud or anti-money laundering (AML) review. Players will be notified of any such delay and provided with guidance on required documentation.
All transactions — including deposits, bonus credits, wagers, and withdrawals — are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). No currency conversion will be applied to funds held in a winmy9 Account.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by winmy9 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, maximum cash-out limits, and game-contribution rules. These specific terms are communicated at the time of each promotion and form part of this Agreement.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X15 means the bonus amount must be staked 15 times in total). For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal request will be approved against that bonus balance.
When a player has active bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or stake is typically limited to RM25 per spin or RM50 per sports market. Exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided without prior notice.
Not all games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games, including but not limited to progressive jackpot titles, may contribute 0%. The applicable contribution rates for each promotion will be specified in the relevant offer terms.
All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claiming, as specified per promotion. Upon expiry, any uncompleted wagering requirement and the remaining bonus balance will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
winmy9 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonuses and any associated winnings from any player who, in our reasonable determination, has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, structuring bets to deliberately meet wagering requirements at minimal risk (e.g., hedging opposite sides of a market), and using bots or automated software.
winmy9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonuses already credited to Player Accounts will be honoured subject to their original stated terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winmy9 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

winmy9 may permanently close an Account and terminate this Agreement with immediate effect where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed following investigation. In such cases, winmy9 may withhold any Account Balance that is the subject of the investigation, pending resolution.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting winmy9 support via live chat. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
